It's not just a fashion show, it's a spectacle!
At DOM we
present modern clothing design that fits our sense of style also tomorrow, and
that deals with the questions of the day after tomorrow. Could design be
fashionable – and for more than one season? When it comes to design, you can be
sure that the value will remain even after years.
DOM is a performance dedicated to clothing design. A variety of ambitious
designers from Estonia will be presented. The concepts of brands unfold through
a location-specific experience, an inspiring and entertaining one-time event.

Vilve Unt
SHIRTS AND SKIRTS... IN THE OUTSKIRTS
For years the designer Vilve Unt has observed the dressing habits
of the older generation in the street scenes of small towns and villages,
especially during more festive occasions. It's fascinating to discover how the
best clothes are taken out from the wardrobe, or chest of drawers, and how they
are combined. These ladies are an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
In the interest of sustainability and also drawing inspiration from
ethnography, some high quality garments from previous collections have been put
in use for this new fashion collection.
moomoo
moomoo is a
cycling and xc-ski clothing brand founded in 2013 by the recognised cyclist Allan
Oras. Its mission is to give cycling and ski clubs transparency of
production and providing the best outfit for the maximum performance.
Aside from in-house design the participation
of professional athletes in the product development phase has become an
indispensable contribution. Functional world-class fabrics, Estonian design and
crafting skills come together in a product that lasts and connects people who
love to exercise. The reliability has expanded moomoo's reputation both in
Estonia and abroad.
Matrix Protect
Matrix Protect
is a brand dedicated to the manufacturing and design of high-quality military
and medical equipment for the defense forces of both Estonia and the Nordic
countries. A new perspective on tactical gear is provided as practical function
meets uncompromising quality.
For the brand design is a process, not a goal. Product development is
continuously carried out in collaboration with users – whether they are
representatives of security forces, or medical professionals.
The items are made of the best materials with engineering precision, and
thoughtful attention to the details.
Anna Viik

TAILORED SESSION
The days of the designer Anna Viik are divided between individual
orders and on versatile textile projects thanks to her strong technical base
and experience in various fashion houses. Geometric shapes and built-in details
can be considered his signature. Viik has founded the circular economy platform
Stuudio 213, is the production manager for two clothing brands
and is the owner of AG Mood sewing production.
The collection here is not seasonal, but speaks of slow production and the long
life of the garment. Various products have been part of the Anna Viik brand for
10 years.
